This is a quality repair warranty, not a three-year unconditional return or exchange policy.

Returns and exchanges for quality issues

If you discover a product quality issue after receiving your item, please contact our watch specialist with your order information and a description of the issue so we can review it and agree on return or exchange arrangements.

Please wait for clear return instructions before sending an item back, to avoid delays caused by an incorrect address or shipping method.

For returns or exchanges caused by product quality issues, once we receive the returned item, we cover in full the shipping costs and taxes incurred in returning it.

Refund method and processing time

Refunds are supported through PayPal. After you request a refund and we reach mutual agreement, we process the refund within three business days.

This timeframe refers to our processing of the refund, not the time the funds arrive in your account.
